Principal Julie Campoli has worked in the fields of the planning and design for the past twenty years.  She has received awards and grants from several foundations for research on land settlement patterns, examining how land use regulations, the development process, and American culture shape the physical landscape.  In addition to her design practice, Ms. Campoli serves on the teaching faculty of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.  She presents workshops and lectures throughout North America on issues of sprawl, smart growth, town design, and residential density. Currently a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University, she received a B.A. in American Literature from Middlebury College and a Master's in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University.
